By accessing blionc.digital or enrolling in programs operated by Blionc Digital, you agree to these General Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use of our services and website.
2. Services Description
Blionc Digital provides cohort-based technical education in game development, including workshops, lab access, and mentor feedback. Course descriptions on the website are informational; final schedules are confirmed in enrollment agreements.
3. Account and Enrollment Responsibilities
You must provide accurate contact information during enrollment. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials issued for lab systems. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
4. Intellectual Property
Curriculum materials, templates, and lab tooling remain the property of Blionc Digital unless otherwise stated. You retain ownership of original work you create during cohorts, subject to license terms in your enrollment agreement for portfolio use of shared assets.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not redistribute course materials publicly, scrape the website for competitive datasets, or use lab infrastructure for unrelated commercial workloads. Harassment of staff or participants results in removal without refund where permitted by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, Blionc Digital is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or project delays arising from use of educational materials. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to fees paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Parties agree to seek good-faith resolution before litigation. Courts in Gwangju Metropolitan City shall have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protections specify otherwise.
8. Modifications and Termination
We may update these terms with a revised last-updated date. Material changes affecting enrolled students will be communicated by email. We may suspend programs for safety or operational reasons with alternatives or refunds per our Money-Back Policy.
