1. Eligibility Overview

Students enrolled in paid cohorts may request refunds within statutory and contractual windows. Free workshops and completed programs are generally non-refundable.

2. Fourteen-Day Cooling-Off

For online distance contracts under Korean consumer protection rules, you may cancel within fourteen days of purchase if the cohort has not started and digital materials have not been substantially accessed.

3. Full Refund Conditions

Full refunds apply when Blionc Digital cancels a cohort, when duplicate charges occur, or when documented medical emergencies prevent participation before week one, subject to verification.

4. Partial Refunds

If you withdraw after cohort start but before week two, a partial refund may apply minus an administrative fee and consumed lab hours. Amounts are calculated per enrollment agreement.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Third-party licenses purchased on your behalf, completed mentor review packages, and no-show lab reservations are non-refundable.

6. Refund Process

Email [email protected] with enrollment ID, reason, and payment reference. We acknowledge within three business days and decide within ten business days.

7. Processing Time and Method

Approved refunds return to the original payment method within fourteen business days. Bank timelines may vary. For installment plans, future charges are cancelled per provider rules.

8. Cancellations by Blionc Digital

If we reschedule a cohort, you may transfer enrollment or receive a full refund. Force majeure events are handled with transparent communication and fair alternatives.
